We provide existing and proposed floor plans & elevations, style / mood, colour & material palettes, which offer a clear understanding and application of your proposed design interventions. A 3D CGI model is developed of your design from which we curate a selection of images which clearly define your project.
We specify all requisite structural alterations, fitted and freestanding furniture, fixtures, fittings, equipment and features, achieving a design ready for contractor production / installation.​

Delivery: Design document suitable for contractor build / installation, consisting of existing and proposed floor plans and elevations, a curated selection of 3D renders - defining function, spatial layout, structural alterations, planning and placement of furniture. Architectural Conversion & Extension Design Package

We thoroughly analyse your property's history, location, setting and site conditions, and work closely with you and your Local Authority to develop a design that meets your brief, planning and building regulation legislation. We ensure all aspects of your conversion or extension harmonise with both existing and proposed interior interventions, the existing fabric and setting of your property, and its direct relationship with the external landscape. Delivery: Design document suitable for planning submission, consisting of location details, existing and proposed site layout, floor plans and elevations internal & external; material palette, a selection of 3D renders - defining materials, construction methods, function, spatial layout. Structural design, natural and mechanical heating, ventilation and air conditioning sources will be developed requisite to your design brief.​​
