Considered Architectural & Interior 3D Design - Transforming Existing Spaces Into Places which Work
We transform your house into a functional, responsive & joyful home where you'll love to live.
By uncovering hidden, remodelling existing & defining new... we identify how to change non functional space into places in which to thrive. With a balance between scale, materiality, natural light & the connection to the world on your doorstep, our focus is to sensitively re-design the way your existing house works, into the place where you can truly experience the joys of daily living.
Our comprehensive design packages offer affordable 2D & 3D architectural and interior design solutions, which solve your property conundrums, whilst enabling yourself a thorough understanding of your new proposals, so to achieve successful planning and build results... and a reflection of your lifestyle requirements for today and the future.
We optimise the way your property responds to you, by transforming non functional, mundane or redundant spaces into the places where you can really enjoy daily living.
We identify the problems which currently block your property from being the functional home you need, by covering spatial planning, layout, architectural elements, material palettes, fixed and freestanding furniture and lighting.
From space which simply no longer fulfils a function, we identify how to re-plan or remodel this to reveal a new way to live, with a connected plan compatible with your home and to your requirements both today any tomorrow.
We find the solution to re-setting the configuration and materiality of your existing property. From kitchens to bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, corridors & storage, we address all interior aspects, bringing your interior to life by changing space into place... so you can find the joy in your everyday living.
We understand how a property extension or conversion becomes an intrinsic and complimentary part of your home and lifestyle, solving space issues and meeting all your daily living necessities whilst negating the need to relocate.
We analyse and fully explore your existing property and setting, addressing all your needs, preferences and budget, to find a solution which works for today and tomorrow.
Whether a loft, basement conversion or change of use, such as barn or garage conversion, we offer a clear vision of a responsive solution.
We design strategically so your scheme meets all your requirements and is fully compliant to Local Authority planning, building regulations and other requisite policies.
We define balanced solutions, which transform your property with enhanced functionality, aesthetics, character and a considered relationship between you, your inside world and the natural world on your doorstep.
