We offer bespoke design packages which include 2D planning, visualisation and 3D CGI modelling, enabling a clear and precise understanding of your new design interventions. ​

We work closely with yourself at all stages, together achieving well thought out, good decisions in layout, form, materials, fixtures, fittings and construction / installation methods, negating the guesswork and confirming workable solutions for successful build and planning outcomes.​​

Pragmatism and wellbeing are central to our ethos, with considered spatial planning at the core of our designs, to establish purpose, a sense of place and the fundamental physical and visual relationship between you, your home and the natural world on your doorstep.

Our studio is founded upon a wealth of experience and passion for changing the non functional into characterful responsive homes. With many successful planning applications to date, supported by a background of design and project management spanning commercial, industrial and residential sectors within RIBA practice, our focus is upon creating homes which positively change the way you live inside and out.
