Design Service

Spatial planning is at the core of our design service, the process of organising and arranging elements within a space to optimise functionality, aesthetics, and overall user experience. Whether applied to an interior remodel or extension, each project embodies this fundamental aspect.

Consultation, lifestyle assessment & design brief

Our initial assessment of your requirements consists of a questionnaire which we kindly request you to complete prior to our site meeting. This enables both parties to categorise and understand requirements, so we can
create your personal design brief. Once we have your responses, we will arrange a visit to your house or property to discuss your answers and review first hand your requirements and how you’d ideally like to see change.
From here we provide a proposed brief and fixed price quote for the design works required, tailored as an itemised bespoke package relative to your specific needs and budget.

Upon your acceptance of our quote and proposed design package, the following process will apply, which generally consists of four stages:

1. Survey of your existing property / spaces of interest

2. Feasibility study & conceptual design

3. Developed spatial interior / architectural design
4. Handover of your settled design package

Whatever the requirements relative to your unique design brief, the premise of our design package is to offer affordability, with the flexibility as to when and how you choose to implement the designs, the build / installation phase or enter the planning process.
