We tailor a bespoke design brief into a comprehensive design package, which addresses all your requirements, through to installation, build and planning application purposes.

Pre-design consultation, lifestyle assessment & design brief

Our initial assessment of your requirements consists of a questionnaire which we kindly request you to complete, enabling both parties to categorise and understand requirements, and so we can create your personal design brief. We then arrange a site visit to your house or property to review first hand your answers and to discuss how to achieve the best outcome, whilst advising on any restrictions and other feasible required professional services.

From here we provide a proposed brief and quote, tailored as an itemised package relative to your specific needs and budget.

Upon your acceptance of our quote and proposed design package, the following process will apply, which generally consists of four stages:​​

1. Survey of your existing site & property / spaces of interest​

​

2. Feasibility study & conceptual design

​

3. Developed spatial interior / architectural design​

​

4. Handover of your settled design package ​​​
