We act as your agent and administrator in managing the submission of your planning application, alongside all relevant communication and correspondence, written and verbal with your allocated Local Authority Planning Officer.
This service can be prior agreed as part of your design package, or if you require time to consider your design once completed, we offer this as an additional service to be undertaken as you feel ready to submit your project for Local Authority planning application approval.
Building Regulations Drawings & Local Authority Full Plans Submission
Upon the successful planning consent of your project, we develop detailed drawings for construction and contractor purposes, to meet current building regulations and associated legal requirements. Our service covers full plans submission and all requisite associated written and verbal communication.

We assist with your commission for bespoke quality traditional and contemporary sofas, armchairs & footstools, made to exceptional standards within the UK by time served Master craftspeople.
Landscaping, Aboriculture & Flora Specification
We provide plans for the construction & placement of hardstanding materials and planted areas, privacy screening, lighting and water features to sedum roofs etc. Working alongside landscaping specialists and horticulturalists we achieve a joyful outside living experience to compliment your home's interior.
